About Us
Our Inspiration
Lydia’s Circle Network (LCN) derives its name from the biblical businesswoman Lydia, of Thyatira and many other great women in the Bible. Lydia welcomed Paul, the Apostle, and supported the early Church through hospitality, generosity, and practical resources. Thyatira today is Modern day Turkey in minor Asia.
We believe that what God pours into our lives is never meant to stop with us. Our aim is to share His provision, love, and abundance with others, allowing the oil of his blessing to continue flowing from one life to another, bringing Hope, encouragement, and practical support to those we serve (2 Kings 4).
Collaboration: Supporting Ministers and Families
We began by partnering with a minister who was supporting another minister in a rural village; through this, his daughter pursued vocational training, his youngest son has hope again, and others in the community benefit from the woodwork rehabilitation workshop.
Children and young people are hopeful as they begin to see opportunity.
Practical Care and Livelihoods
Mrs D, a street evangelist received help reviving her sewing business. She was able to find means to feed her family, support her children, and continue her ministry. Another mother received support to register her children in better schools while training for a career; LCN provided community and church support during the transition.
Targeted Wellbeing
Mental Health Matters and is at the heart of our support. We have seen that by creating safe, encouraging spaces where individuals can reconnect with purpose, creativity and community; through targeted wellbeing initiatives many have pursued their passions, eg music, writing and the arts - bringing encouragement, purpose and relief during difficult seasons.

The Circle Network
The ‘Circle’ in Lydia Circle Network reflects the idea that no one accomplishes meaningful change alone. Inspired by Lydia’s generosity and community mindedness, LCN empowers ministers and communities through a circle of friends, well-wishers, and caring individuals. Together, we create a network of compassion, guidance, and practical support, where each person’s contribution strengthens the whole.
What We Believe
LCN holds to the historic Christian faith as revealed in Scripture. Our beliefs guide our teaching, discipleship, and ministry practice:
We believe in one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe the Bible is authoritative and foundational for faith, teaching, and life.
We believe salvation is God’s work, and that repentance and faith are realities of this present life.
We believe discipleship is essential to Christian growth and community transformation.
We believe the Church is called to serve, teach, and live out faith through love and obedience, bearing witness to God in the world.
